There was an unprecedented number of roof material price increases in 2011, and 2012 looks to be no different. We’ve once again received word from our manufacturers that material prices are going up.

While 2012 has been a more stable pricing environment, there is still widespread volatility in raw material pricing and supply.

Although North American Roofing has absorbed some of these costs, we simply cannot continue to be competitive without passing some of these increases onto our customers. Know that we are leveraging our unique status with our manufacturing partners to minimize these increases.

This unique relationship is allowing us, unlike most of our competitors, to HOLD PRICING for all jobs through August with a commitment in June.

This is a potential cost savings of up to 20% depending on your project specifics!

Contact your Account Manager or call our Corporate Team today at 1-800-551-5602 to lock-in your material pricing for any 2012 roof replacement project!
