Dan Kimball
Chief Executive Officer
Dan brings more than three decades of leadership experience in construction and commercial roofing, with a proven record of building high-performing teams and driving sustainable growth across complex, multi-market organizations. His career spans senior roles in both sales and operations, giving him a comprehensive perspective on the entire project lifecycle and a reputation for delivering results that consistently exceed expectations.
Dan is a graduate of the University of Buffalo and holds contractor licenses across multiple states and the U.S. Virgin Islands, along with NASCLA accreditation as a general contractor. He is a five-time member of Team USA in Triathlon and in his free time he coaches youth rugby.
Dwight Marwede
Chief Operating Officer
Dwight brings over four decades of expertise in the roofing industry, with more than 35 years dedicated to North American. He has held key leadership roles throughout his tenure, including Vice President of Operations and currently, Chief Operating Officer.
Dwight attended both The Cincinnati Technical Institute and the University of Cincinnati, and he is an active member of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) and the International Institute of Building Envelope Consultants (IIBEC). Additionally, he holds numerous state contractor licenses spanning from California to Florida, underscoring his extensive knowledge and commitment to excellence in the field.
Patricia Kellner
VP of Human Resources
Patricia has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, partnering with business operations to deliver strategies and solutions for the full life cycle of team members.
She received her BBA from East Tennessee State University and her MS in Human Resources from Georgia State University. She holds both the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. She serves on the Board for SHRM-Atlanta as well as having recently served as a Board member on the Cobb Workforce Development Board and the Veteran’s Empowerment Organizational (VEO).
Michelle Youngblood
VP of Finance
Michelle’s depth of industry experience and company knowledge are invaluable to North American Roofing. She joined the company in 1997 as a Cost Accountant and was quickly promoted to Assistant Controller in 1998 and then Controller in 2006.
Before joining North American Roofing, Michelle worked in the retail industry as the Corporate Accounting Manager for a national fabric and craft chain. Michelle graduated with a BS in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Matthew Ouellette
General Counsel
Matthew brings a unique blend of legal expertise, operational insight, and commercial contracting knowledge to the company’s executive team. His leadership across compliance, governance, and contracts streamlines processes, improves coordination, and strengthens the company’s ability to drive operational efficiency and mitigate risk.
Prior to joining NAR, Matthew was a partner at a prominent commercial litigation firm representing Fortune 500 companies and contractors in complex litigation and contractual disputes. Matthew is a licensed attorney and holds a J.D., Cum Laude, from the University of Florida.
