I lie to myself. I tell myself I love this and I’m growing from this and it’s making me better. Takes the edge off hard times.
What advice would you give someone new starting at our company?
(For my role) Hang in there. Tough to make the move to the schedule and it’s an adjustment but once you develop the muscle memory of the job, becomes the best job. It’s a great job, build the muscle memory and training for the first 6 months.

What advice would you give someone new starting at our company?
Never stop learning. Push yourself to ask questions every day whether you think they’re great questions or silly questions because the answers you receive are going to help shape what you’re able to get and give to the position you’re working in.

My family. My wife and kids, they are what I’m most passionate about at work and out of work.
