Sterigentics Project

In Charlotte, NC, Sterigenics was experiencing the all-too-common issues that arise when a commercial roof approaches the 25-year mark—persistent leaks. Much of the deterioration stemmed from aging flashing around HVAC units and skylights, which allowed water to seep beneath the membrane. After a thorough evaluation at the Charlotte facility, we found that a significant portion of the underlying insulation remained dry and intact. This allowed us to preserve most of the existing insulation, ultimately reducing project costs while restoring the roof’s integrity.
