As Director of Training, Mary Michael oversees North American Roofing’s training and staff development program. Mary directs and implements our technical and specific skill training for new and current employees. With more than 17 years of directorship expertise, she brings a wealth of strategic experience to her position. Mary graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. Before joining our team, she served as an Executive Director with the YMCA of Western North Carolina. Mary has provided management, training and coaching for thousands of employees, and has directly overseen large teams. Her leadership experience, organizational development, and business knowledge ensures the highest quality and most relevant development opportunities are available to our North American Roofing staff team.
